Holy Cow! I think they may just “go paperless”

Could this be the year?

For the love of everything Harry Caray, this might be the year the Cubs finally win the World Series. Cubs’ fans have been waiting for this moment for a long time—since 1908. A little Internet research can tell you there are probably 350 people walking the planet who were alive to see the last Cubs’ championship (None of them actually saw it because TV hadn’t been invented yet). Everyone else has literally been waiting their entire life to see the Cubs to win the big one.

Patience and focus.

Freedom form document management is waiting for you

Most of us are bad at waiting. Most of us expect everything immediately. Most of us have had technology recalibrate our expectations personally and professionally. We expect things to be right here, right now.

Why is the idea of content management so easy to embrace, but the decision to start the process of automation is so troubled? The concept is easy to grasp and the benefits for inarguable. Committing to embracing the challenge and doing the work to make that happen takes forever. Not exactly 108 years, but it probably feels that way.

We demand change, but we resist changing ourselves.

A streamlined digital office is waiting for you

Some businesses get it and integrate technology into document management, but others are willing to wait with the patience of Cubs fans. Their attitude is maybe next year, except next year never comes. Businesses engage in a perpetual slow-dance of research, analysis, negotiation, and deferral. It is a non-strategy and for businesses that need to stay relevant, dangerous.

Having a comprehensive data management strategy is vital. You must:

  • Be motivated to improve.
  • Understand control of information serves employees and customers.
  • Have a desire to be more responsive in the marketplace.
  • See the big picture and use technology to transform access, process, and integration of information.
  • Want to get the right information to the right people efficiently.

Change is never easy. Change away from the status quo is uncomfortable. Uncertainty breeds hesitation; it tests our focus. In business, when it comes to adopting new technologies or automating ancient processes, it takes a special kind of focus—IOS focus.

It’s all we do. And, because it’s all we do, we understand converting to a digital workplace is about trust and trust is about relationships. We have a deep-seeded desire to help you and your business.

With a great team and a great plan, anything is possible. Even a World Series.
